Composite cladding for chalet builders and holiday parks

NewClick is click-mounted composite facade cladding. One installer clicks the slats onto aluminium rails, about twice as fast as screwing, and the facade never needs painting. Built for series production and for park renovation.

A click system built for prefab and series production

In series chalet building every step counts. The slats click onto an aluminium rail without screws or pre-drilling, and one person can do it.

The rail sets the centres, not the slat. Tolerances do not stack up, so chalet one and chalet fifty look identical. The same rail and clip carry every NewClick profile, which keeps your stock and your work instructions simple.

Holiday park renovation without long downtime

A new facade is the fastest way to bring an older chalet back up to the standard guests expect.

The rails go onto the existing structure and the slats click on without screws. The turnaround per chalet stays short, so the unit is back in rental quickly.

Renovating in phases works too: the colourfast cap layer keeps phase one and phase three looking the same.

After the renovation the painting cycle is gone. If a slat gets damaged, you unclick that one slat and replace it, without touching the rest of the facade.

Proven at park scale

NewClick facades are in use on holiday parks and prefab chalet series, including around 50 prefab chalets at Landal Waterpark Oudehaske in the Netherlands.

Questions from chalet builders and parks

Can composite cladding go over the existing cladding of a chalet?

In many cases, yes. The NewClick rails are screwed to battens that can often go straight onto the existing structure. After that the slats click on without screws, so the renovation time per chalet stays short. Always check the substrate and the ventilation behind the facade first.

Is NewClick suitable for prefab chalets and series production?

Yes. The rail sets the spacing, not the slat, so tolerances do not add up and unit one looks the same as unit fifty. One installer clicks the slats on without pre-drilling, which fits a production line as well as on-site assembly.

Why click instead of screw on a holiday park?

On a park with dozens of chalets every saved step counts. The click system installs about twice as fast as screw-mounted cladding and needs one installer instead of two. A damaged slat is unclicked and replaced on its own, without touching the rest of the facade.

What does it cost to clad a chalet in composite?

That depends on the facade area, the profile and the finishing profiles. Because one person installs the click system about twice as fast, you also save on labour. For parks and series we quote project prices based on volume. Send us your drawings or the number of units for a quote.

Will the colour still match if we renovate the park in phases?

The co-extruded cap layer keeps the composite colourfast, so chalets finished in an earlier phase do not drift away from later ones. Tell us your phasing when you request a quote, and we plan the deliveries around it.

How much maintenance does the facade need?

No painting and no staining. The composite handles rain, sun and frost, and comes with a 15 year warranty. Cleaning with water is enough.
